If you had told me that I would love an entry-level Ford Ecosport with an automatic transmission, well I would have maybe told you to stop being silly. But now, here we are, and I flipping love it! I was expecting the power delivery to be bang average and the transmission to screech at me as I hit the open road. I was expecting to tell you to rather stretch your budget to get the Trend model with its 1.0 Ecoboost engine and added standard spec. But I am now here to tell you that the new Ford Ecosport 1.5 Ambiente 6AT is fantastic. It may be small, but that goes for all Ecosports! If you have a small family or if you don’t need much passenger or boot space, put this car on your list.
