The new Land Rover Defender 110 is every bit as good as you would have hoped it to be. And more. I was a little sceptical at first, mainly because my Dad’s 1998 LWB Defender oozes so much charm and the legacy of the Defender is so untouchable. But I am happy to admit that my scepticism was completely misplaced and the new Defender is one that carries the torch high. It is the perfect mix of modern and history. You can feel the previous Defenders’ stitched in to this new one. I only wish I could have kept it for myself.
