Who would have thought I would love the Mitsubishi Triton as much I do? I certainly didn’t. It has always been about the top dogs, you know? The Toyota Hilux, Ford Ranger and Volkswagen Amarok.

The Mitsubishi Triton has now found a small place in my heart along with the front runners. I spent a lot of time in it. I even moved half of my house in it. It was great for city driving. Look, I am not going to lie, I still wouldn’t own a bakkie in the city. I would probably only ever want to own one if I was out in the open somewhere, like on a farm. Or at least on the outskirts of the city where parking spaces are bigger.

When it comes to the free advice, what is it about Cape Town drivers and the rain? Shoowee, they go together like oil and water. 😉
